LAKE (Shore/Boat fishing) |

Burill Lake is the closest lake to Ulladulla
and is the best fishing spot besides offshore sandbars to catch
some flathead. The lake can be fished from shore, the bridge, or
by boat with several boat ramps located around the lake. Also the
beach and rocks at the lakes entrance has some excellent fishing
conditions for Salmon and Tailor.

CONJOLA (Shore/Boat Fishing) |

Largest Lake in the area almost permanently open
to the sea.However the sea entrance in dangerous and not navigable.
3 boat ramps around the lake for access for small and large boats.
Also one of the most beautiful lakes in the state. Best fishing
is between spring and Autumn. There are many species of fish in
the lake to fish with lie bait your best bet to catch flathead,
snapper and jewfish.

| LIGHTHOUSE

Is situated at the end of Warden Headlands, below
the lighthouse. Best fishing is during summer in the early morning
where you can catch Bream, Blackfish and Salmon.
TIP: Fishing with an incoming tide is more productive
because the rising water provides fish with new feeding grounds.

| MOLLYMOOK
BEACH (Beach Fishing) |

Excellent surf fishing, especially over summer when
the water is warmer. Bream, Salmon, Tailor and the occasional small
Bronze Whaler Sharks can be caught in the morning. At night your
best bet is the Southern corner near the golf club where you can
catch garfish and mullet. Best fishing with an incoming tide.

| NARRAWALLE
INLET (Shore/Small boat fishing) |

Narrawalee has a small boat ramp that can only be
accessed during high tides. Numerous species of fish exist in this
estuary. Mangroves create great fishing areas if you are able to
cast into them.
TIP: The Inlet entrance has fast running water
with both incoming and outcoming tides. Large Jewfish can be landed
through there.

Ulladulla has some of the best offshore fishing around.
If you have a boat there are two great boatramps at either end of
Ulladulla Harbour. For snapper its best fishing early morning with
fresh large prawns, squid and slimy Mackeral. Flatheads are best
caught mid -morning with light nor-east breeze over the sandbars.

| ULLADULLA
HARBOUR (Shore/Handline Fishing) |

| Ideal access for all fisherman. Great location for the
family with nearby takeaway stalls and toilets. For the kids a handline
and some sort of food is all you need to try catch some of the smaller
species of fish.
For the more ardent fisherman fishing at dusk or night on a run
up tide is your best bet to catch some trevally, leather jacket
or tailor of keepable size. |
